I arrived in this beautiful country at a very tender age and began my filmmaking journey. My sisters, Tulu and Tala, pursued their own paths; Tulu as a weaver in Canada and Tala as a researcher in Anzali, a village by the Caspian Sea. For 40 years, we maintained a strong bond, collaborating on small projects while nurturing our passions. Now, we prioritize self-care and founded FullSelfDrive365, a company that embodies the idea of driving one's own life every day. Through self-taught exploration, I created a health planner that incorporates the healing properties of medicinal plants in its recipes, aiming to nurture physical well-being while offering energy management techniques for emotional and spiritual growth. The planner features 100 hand-painted illustrations, a bespoke handwoven bookmark by Tulu, and serves as a guide to holistic well-being.
